It is completely located on the ground floor and outside on the cozy square in front of the door, you can find a nice bench. The holiday house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

From this area you can walk through to the back to the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink and there is a separate toilet. Here you can also find the two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!
