About this property

Newly refurbished townhouse. 10 minutes walk to beach

We would be delighted to have you stay at our completely refurbished, newly furnished townhouse.

Our home is located within quiet ,well maintained surroundings with lush green gardens in a gated community ,Porters Gate , on Barbados West Coast.The house is close to beaches within easy walking distance and swimming is excellent at nearby Glitter Bay Beach and Folkestone Marine Park.Holetown is a mile away where there is an upmarket shopping mall, Lime Grove , a large Masseys Supermarket ,2nd Street as well as numerous bars, cafes and restaurants.Local buses are easily accessible from nearby the property.There is an off street parking space .


The bright , airy , spacious open plan living area is modern but welcoming with comfortable furniture to relax as well as a 65 “ TV.The new , fully equipped kitchen has SMEG appliances.The breakfast bar has its own seating.Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well as sink and clothes line.There is a downstairs guest toilet. Outdoors comprises a patio which can accommodate al fresco dining and a plunge pool to cool off in when sunbathing or after having returned from the beach or exploring what the island has to offer.There is a barbecue.


Upstairs there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms each with high ceilings and its own en-suite bathroom The master bedroom has a king size (US size) bed , a 50 “ TV and the bathroom has twin sinks.The cupboard space is plentiful in each bedroom.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together forming a 6.5 foot bed !


The house has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans.The doors when opened allow a gentle breeze to flow through the house cooling it naturally.


The complex has a tennis court , club house and large communal swimming pool with sunloungers for guests use.


Six adults can be accommodated with ease.We want our guests to thoroughly enjoy staying in our home.Our fabulous property managers, Graham and Sharon will be in attendance to welcome you to our home and they are available and contactable should you need anything during your stay.House keeping is provided once a week.
Our third bedroom can be set up as 2 single beds or a King. ( Please let us know your preference)

Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Plunge pool was a bonus. Vivienne was very quick to respond to my questions even though we were in different time zones. 100% would recommend.
