Stunning location
Perfectly located to enjoy all of the resort’s facilities. Just steps from the sea and the beautiful Pine Walk. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped. Five stars.

Perfect site 15 m from the shore. Everything you need was there. Undisturbed. Perhaps little small for four grownups.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location
The apartment is a great size, just right for 3 or 4 people. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and there was a nice little welcome pack. The kitchen is well equipped and quite modern. There is aircon but we didn't need it during our stay (temps in October are quite nice). The location is fantastic - right on Pine Walk just up from the main town area and eateries. It is a very quiet location, the nearest eatery, a pizzeria, is about 100m away. On the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Pollenca Bay Area, and can listen to the sea lapping the wall just below you. It really is a great location.

Toller Aufenthalt in Port de Pollenca
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Pinewalk, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön direkt auf die Bucht von Port de Pollenca. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Mobiliar weist allerdings an einigen Stellen schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf und ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Holzstühle auf dem Balkon sind leider sehr unbequem, Liegen wären angenehmer. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr gepflegte Wohnung direkt am Strand in ruhiger Lage am Ortsende, 2. Stock, Balkon Richtung Strand, sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert sowohl für Strandliebhaber als auch für Wanderer.

Wunderbares Apartement
Ein sehr schönes Apartment im schönsten Teil von Puerto de Pollença. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Als großer Pluspunkt kommt noch die Barrierefreiheit hinzu.

Eine perfekte in Port de Pollenca
Wir waren eine Woche in Port de Pollenca und waren auf der Suche nach einer passenden Unterkunft in Strandnähe und mit fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants. Beides haben wir zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gefunden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich zauberhaft und exakt so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sie Aussicht auf die Bucht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung ist sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Catherine war stets problemlos und sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer tollen Unterkunft
Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir die Wohnung 9 Tage im Oktober bei herrlichem Wetter spontan buchen konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ruhig am Pinewalk gelegen und hat einen unfassbar schönen Ausblick auf´s Meer, den wir täglich in wechselnden Farben genießen konnten. Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum für diejenigen, die gerne morgens eine Runde schwimmen, mit dem Kanu oder dem SUP auf´s Wasser gehen. Das Appartmen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben das ein oder andere Mal gekocht, wobei wir alle benötigten Küchenutensilien vorfanden. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen Toaster, was wir immer als sehr angenehm empfinden, um eine kleine Zwischenmahlzeit oder Frühstück herzurichten. Port Pollenca hat uns als Urlaubsort auch sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Restaurants, wir waren aber mit dem nahe gelegenen "Coral" so zufrieden, dass wir kein anderes Restaurant getestet haben. Wir hätten sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder einen Urlaub dort verbracht, aber es ist schon für das Jahr 2024 von April bis Oktober gebucht. Gibt es eine bessere Empfehlung für eine Unterkunft als so beliebt zu sein?

Natürliche Badewanne im November direkt vor der Haustür.
Rundum alles hervorragend, wie schon in den vorherigen Beiträgen von anderen Reisenden erwähnt. Ende November war es zeitweise seeeeehr ruhig, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fabulous apartment with the most amazing views!
Fabulous apartment in a quiet and peaceful occasion with the most amazing seaviews. The balcony was a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The beach was just outside your door and restaurants a short walk away. Perfect!

This was a wonderful property and fabulous location, however there is no air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen and hall area which I thought there was going to be, which was challenging with children in high and humid temperatures. The code to access the apartment was not given even when I messaged after arriving in the country, so I had to call when standing outside the building, Catherine did answer though so we were able to access it after a conversation. It was a clean and well positioned property and I would recommend it for others to stay in.

Had the most amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Immaculate and with the most wonderful views, we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Thoughtful touches included a lovely welcome pack and twice weekly towel change. Every detail had been thought of and we were so impressed with the owners attention to detail.
