Nice and clean, we walked into town so not too far.
My only criticism would be that the beds were uncomfortable/squeaky and the pillows were poor quality.
Enjoyed our stay. No instructions provided to open the manual lockbox to get the key to enter the property. After a long delay we found a video on Google & happy we opened the lockbox. Comparing this property with our other self catering stays, this property does not provide toilet rolls.
The house was very clean. The owner was very prompt with their communication. Nice location. Pillows and quilts could do with being renewed and the towels also.Upstairs shower needs to be looked at as it’s not as powerful as downstairs. Apart from this it was a pleasant place to stay.

About the host
Your host
Derbyshire lad who loves being so close to the Peak District cycling and walking routes, which I use regularly with my family.
Why they chose this property
The property has the space for families, groups and couples alike. Centrally located, within 0.6 mile of Ashbourne centre and close to a number of cycling and walking routes. I believe the property provides the benefits of being within walking distance of the town centre bars, cafes, restaurants while still providing convenient on drive parking and a private garden for outdoor dining and BBQs
