Enjoy the convenience and amenities of this one bedroom condominium located just 2 ½ blocks from Main Street Breckenridge! Once you have arrived, park your car in the heated, underground parking garage and enjoy the short walk, or hop on the free on-site shuttle to the ski lifts. Enjoy easy access to downtown full of exquisite shopping and dining, tubing hills and Carter Park!

When you are done exploring Colorado’s playground for the day come back and enjoy the 800 square foot condo. The living area features a gas fireplace and smart TV. Log into your Netflix account or other streaming accounts and view on the TV monitor. The suede sofa converts into a queen sofa sleeper for an additional 2 persons, and sliding glass doors exit to a private deck. The deck space is furnished with patio chairs and side tables, enjoy a seat as you look out at the mountain view and green space of Carter Park. In the winter months, this is a perfect place to watch you children play in the snow.

The kitchen has been remodeled in 2018 with new flooring, cabinetry, counters, and appliances. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals and plenty of cupboard space to store you groceries. There are 5 barstools at the breakfast bar for everyone in the condo to have a seat comfortably.

The bedroom features a rare king bed, flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The full bathroom is located off the hall and has been fully remodeled in 2018.

Other onsite amenities include BBQ grills, outdoor hot tub, WiFi, and laundry room with coin-op washer and dryer. The condo complex has undergone a major exterior renovation in 2021 with new windows, siding, and a hot tub area remodel. The free Summit Stage bus also picks up just outside the condo and will take you anywhere in Breckenridge you want to go. Though, it is just as easy to walk!

One hundred percent of this unit`s electricity is provided through Excel Energy`s Windsource Program that increases renewable energy production in Colorado.

Great location, well-equipped
We came for a week of work and skiing. This ground floor unit is an advantage in this complex. When you enter the building from the correct entry door in the garage (there are two), you only need to walk up one step. Important as there is no elevator in this building. The Trolley bus line is what serves this unit (this season anyway), and was very convenient if you want to start and end at the Gondola (Peak 7 or 8). We worked in the mornings and had plenty of space for both of us to be on calls. We cook for ourselves, and this kitchen had everything for basic pasta to roasted vegetables and grilled fish. Decent knives and plenty of dishware. We never quite figured out the heating system. Worth a call to the manager - we just handled it by opening windows when it got too hot. The hot tub was nice - really hot, but outside in a nice setting - especially when the snow is falling.

Great place for summer get away very spacious fir a 1 bedroom. It is located in the basement but cool walk out to a park . Overall good stay. Could use more towels and soaps.

Great Place and Location
Check in was incredibly easy and contactless. Location is great. Walking distance to downtown and short bus ride to the slopes. The pull out couch was actually pretty comfortable along with the king bed. The parking garage is right next to the unit so it's easy to get stuff in from your vehicle. The place was very clean overall and we would definitely stay again.

Quite yet convenient location
This property and its location were a good fit for our long weekend plans for mountain biking trails and riding over Boreas Pass. Proximity to the trails while also being a short walk from Main St. was just what we wanted. The property itself was very clean, and the updated kitchen and bathroom were both very functional and attractive. Our only criticism is the size of the cleaning fee and the service fee, which put the total expense well beyond what we expected. If making this reservation again I would think twice and look carefully for other properties with a lower cleaning fee and/or service fee.
