Located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, on the outskirts of Manacor, this beautiful villa is only 8 kilometres away from the town centre. Situated on a small hill, it offers spectacular views, making it the perfect place to enjoy nature, peace and tranquillity.
Totally refurbished, this impressive villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room which communicates with the kitchen, where you can also find the dining room. Furthermore, the first floor has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms, all of them with en suite bathroom and access to a large balcony. The villa is equipped with central air conditioning throughout.
Outside there is a huge swimming pool, which offers breathtaking mountain views. In addition, on the extensive terrace you can also enjoy the dining area next to the barbecue, or simply relax reading a book in the hammocks.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 100€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 100€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioners have heat pump.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
