Ticking all the right boxes, offering luxury and contemporary accommodation, all on a single level. The impeccable detail is on show throughout the home, having comfy sofas to relax on, enjoy a film and have a great conversation. The well-equipped kitchen will delight any chef, and the dining table is perfect to celebrate any occasion in style, and also offers a great socializing space without leaving the master chef. The large sliding doors can be opened to enjoy and dine in the garden. There are three bedrooms each thoughtfully designed and furnished, and each offers its own bathroom facility. The main garden leads to a large enclosed landscaped meadow with specimen trees, wildflowers and an ample green space to play badminton with equipment supplied.
The location is exceptional to explore all the delights of the North Norfolk coastline, market towns and the famous Norfolk Broads National Park. Enjoying the relatively flat terrain of North Norfolk, it makes an ideal place for picturesque walks and gentle cycle rides. Loch Neaton is on the doorstep for fishing opportunities, set in beautiful surroundings and offers day and evening fishing tickets, perfect for anglers of all ages and abilities. Nearby Watton is an unassuming market town filled with everyday amenities and also with hidden gems such as Wayland Wood and some fascinating historical buildings.
