The recently built holiday home is located on the first floor, less than 200 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the lido equipped with beach and restaurant. Casadoni is located in a quiet area of San Foca, the award-winning marina of Melendugno with beautiful beaches and all services. The seafront with the characteristic tower, the marina, bars, restaurants and much more are just 400 meters away. There are several fully equipped and fully accessible beaches.
Ideal for a family or a couple of friends who want to spend a holiday just a few steps from the sea.
The interiors are light and airy, simple and welcoming. The living area consists of a living room with exit to a balcony, equipped kitchen. A hallway divides the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The price includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas. The price does not include tourist tax. On request: bed linen and towels (€25 for person), extra cleaning (€15.00/h per person employed), mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per animal).
