Villa Selene è situata tra le marine di Torre Pali e Lido Marini, lungo la costa che da Gallipoli conduce a Santa Maria di Leuca. Poco distanti dalla villa, si trovano le rinomate spiagge “MALDIVE DEL SALENTO”.

La struttura sorge in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa; qui è possibile vivere una vacanza all’insegna del relax e della spensieratezza in un complesso completamente immerso nel verde.
Nella villa è stata appena realizzata una bellissima piscina 10x5, con solarium attrezzato, piante tropicali e prati che impreziosiscono la struttura.

E' di recente costruzione, arredata con gusto e precisione. Essa è costituita da 4 camere di cui tre matrimoniali e una doppia, tre bagni completi con doccia (di cui uno all’esterno) un soggiorno con angolo cottura.
La villa è interamente climatizata, inoltre dispone di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde, tv con collegamento satellitare e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per la vostra vacanza.

All’esterno si gode di una favolosa vista mare grazie a una tettoia che circonda le abitazioni su due lati, questa è arredata con salottini e sdraio ideali per leggere o per rilassarsi in tutta pace.
Nell’ ampio cortile è collocato un forno-barbecue con gazebo attrezzato, adatto per pranzare e cenare all'aperto, oltre ad un'area relax arredata con divani e un parcheggio, in grado di accogliere fino a tre auto.

Beautiful
Beautiful house 5 minutes by car from a beautiful beach. The house was clean and it felt like being in a private resort. We would love to go back in the future. Piero is a very nice host and was always available to assist with any request.

Perfect stay
We stayed at Villa Selene end of May. We will definitely come back. Super outdoor area with pool and big barbecue. The property has old trees and hedges. Therefore the property is view protected and very quiet. The house has everything you need. Very clean. It has beautiful rooms. Host Piedro was super helpful and provided us with a lot of local tips.

Klein aber fein mit wunderschönem Garten
Wir genossen eine Woche in Pietro's Haus. Das Haus ist eher klein, bietet jedoch alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gross. Wir haben den Pool und Sommerabende mit dem Holzkohlegrill sehr genossen. Pietro ist sehr gastfreundlich und via Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat uns super Restauranttipps gegeben. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr gepflegter Garten
Sehr schöne und gepflegte Villa mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Bei kühlerem Wetter hat uns ein Wohnzimmer gefehlt, die Küche als einzige Sitzgelegenheit war mit 8 Personen etwas eng, v.a. mit 4 Kindern fehlte uns drinnen etwas Platz zum Spielen, da auch die Schlafzimmer eher klein waren. Bei schönem Wetter ist das alles kein Problem

An excellent stay
The garden, pool and outdoor seating areas were particularly impressive and the hot, sunny weather meant that we took full advantage of them. The owners, Piero and Marie Theresa, were delightful: they showed us great kindness and hospitality. We definitely recommend this villa.

Super Relaxurlaub
Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund im Ferienhaus. Der Aussenbereich ist absolut super. Innen ist es doch sehr klein und auch recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Für uns hat es gerade gereicht. Aber man ist ja sowieso fast nur draussen. Der Vermieter Piero ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schade ist, dass kein WLAN vorhanden ist und dass nur italienische Sender im Fernseher programmiert sind. Zum relaxen ist es zu empfehlen.

Gorgeous pool and garden
Although we were less than 5 minutes drive from the very pleasant sandy beach at Tori Pali, we found it difficult to leave the lovely pool. Evening barbecues also proved very popular. Pietro was very helpful in spite of our mutual language challenges and even managed to get us a game of tennis at a local club. We had an enjoyable day out in Galipoli, including the waterpark and fell in love with Matinucci's gelato. The photos are a true representation of the property. It is spacious and clean and everything works as it should. Make sure that you aren't surprised by the extra charges for linen, and electricity.

Idyllische Urlaubslocation mit jedem Komfort!!
Wir haben im Mai 2 Wochen in diesem Haus als 5köpfige Familie verbracht. Das Haus entspricht exakt den Fotos und bietet besonders im Aussenbereich jeglichen Komfort, um den Tag im Freien zu verbringen! Das Gelände bietet für jeden eine Ecke oder lädt zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten ein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, zweckmäßig und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gab sogar einen Staubsauger!! Der Vermieter Piero (und Maria Teresa) war äußerst zuvorkommend und war bei jedem Anliegen erreichbar. Der Pool würde regelmäßig gesäubert und wir konnten die Abende mit tollem ambientem Licht im Freien verbringen. Die Lage ist außerhalb des Ortes, aber mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Mai schläft der Salento noch, aber genau so wollten wir die tollen Strände erleben. Wir empfanden die Location als optimal gelegen, um den Salento bzw. die ionische Küste zu erkunden. È stata una vacanza stupenda, grazie di tutto e speriamo di ritornare presto!

Gentilezza del signor Piero pronto a dare tutte le dritte.Il trullo è speciale sembra di essere a casa propria .la jacuzzi e' il massimo del Relax. Il mare splendido a 900 metri. A 2,3km le famose Maldive del Salento .Ci tornerò sicuro.

VACANZA SPETTACOLARE!!
Casa meravigliosa, comodissima e dotata di tutti i confort; la piscina poi è un plus, soprattutto per chi come me ha soggiornato con bambini. Il proprietario Piero è disponibilissimo, si prende cura dei suoi ospiti consigliando ottimamente per qualsiasi necessità (locali, spiaggie, negozi per fare la spesa). A due passi dalle spiagge cristalline di Torre Pali, appena fuori dal centro abitato pertanto silenziosissima. La consiglio vivamente per chi vuole passare una magnifica vacanza in terra salentina.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil - Relaxurlaub pur!
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Relaxurlaub in absoluter Ruhe. Das große Anwesen mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist sehr gepflegt und toll in italienischem Ambiente gestaltet. Insbesondere die diversen Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl auf der Veranda, am Pool, im Pavillion und auch unter dem Pergola-Dach beim Außenkamin waren einladend einfach fürs Ruhen, zum Essen oder zum Kaffeetrinken. Am Außenkamin kann gegrillt werden. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich im italienischen Stil eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Villa ist sowohl für Familien wie auch für Paare geeignet. Im Orginal empfanden wir das Anwesen noch beeindruckender als auf den Bildern. Zu den schönen karibischen Stränden sind es mit dem Auto max. 5 min. Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf ist in Torre Pali (3 min mit dem Auto) sehr gut möglich. Ein Lidl ist in ca. 11 km Entfernung (Ugento) vorhanden. Die Vermieter-Familie war außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool wird zwischendurch gereinigt. Wir können das Feriendomizil absolut weiterempfehlen. Es bietet tolle Erhohlung, italienisches Flair und Badeurlaub pur! Christiane und Hubert (aus Deutschland)

Sicuramente meglio di come pensassimo
Il Sig. Piero è stato molto accogliente e da subito disponibile per illustrarci tutto quello che ci offriva il territorio dal punto di vista del paesaggio con le spiagge migliori e a livello culinario (per noi molto importante) visto la quantità di pesce fresco che trovavi in qualsiasi pescheria di Torre Pali e dei paesini limitrofi. Per quanto riguarda il trullo Elios molto accogliente e pieno di comodità c'era di tutto (persino un passino per filtrare un brodo di pesce) la doccia esterna e soprattutto il bagno esterno sono stati una scoperta!! veramente molto comodi per l'esigenza di quando sei in più famiglie. Sicuramente se torneremo nel Salento magari anche con tutte le famiglie al completo prenoteremo oltre al trullo anche la villa adiacente con piscina che può essere comunicante. Siamo stati bene veramente.

Tutto come descritto. Piscina e giardino perfetti
Villa Selene 1641957 - 14 giorni di relax in una terra fantastica: il Salento. La casa è curata e confortevole e la parte esterna è perfetta: spazi, barbecue, piscina, amaca, gazebo. Spiaggia vicina: Maldive del Salento a 3 km. Il massimo. E nel raggio di 30 minuti di auto molte mete da non perdere. Torneremo al più presto.
