Gute Lage, freundlicher Vermieter, ungepflegtes Objekt

Gut: Die Lage direkt am Strand und gleichzeitig zum Ortskern von La Caletta mit Supermarkt, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Bars und Boutiquen. Die überaus freundliche Begrüßung durch Franco. Im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Bier, eine Dose Fanta und reichlich Mineralwasser zum Kochen. Sowie eine Packung sardisches Hirtenbrot. Mittel: Die Ausstattung der Küche. Es gibt reichlich scharfe Messer, genug Besteck. Zwei Espressokannen und eine Knoblauchpresse, Korkenzieher und Flasschenöffner sind auch da. Geschirr und Trinkgefäße (leider keine Weingläser) sind eine bunte Mischung, wie man sie aus Wohngemeinschaften kennt. Nicht schön, aber auch kein Problem. Das Mobiliar ist zum Teil schon recht abgenutzt, aber funktional noch ok. Schlecht: Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zunächst 150 € verlangt, das konnten wir noch auch 75 € herunterhandeln (für zwei Personen). Ortsüblich sind 10 bis 20 € pro Person! Der Sauberkeitszustand der gesamten Ferienwohnung war indiskutabel. In vierzig Jahren Italienreise-Erfahrung haben wir so etwas nicht erlebt. Dreckige Fußböden, Ölreste in einer Pfanne, schlecht gespülte Töpfe und Besteck. Das Keramik-Spülbecken ist arg zerstoßen, die Fugen der Duschtasse sind vergammelt. Die Betten sind von schlichtester Machart, durchhängende Drahtrost-Gestelle. Nach 2 Tagen Regen waren Schlafzimmerdecke und -wand nass und im Bereich der Eingangstür haben wir literweise Wasser aufgewischt. 820 € Miete + 75 € Wäsche sind für diese kleine Wohnung viel zu teuer!
