In addition, it has a large island with stools, perfect for having breakfast.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a "King-size" bed. The guest bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower. All bedrooms include high-quality bedding for the most pleasant stay possible.

This fantastic residential building has 37 floors and is almost 150 meters high. It is located in a residential area with all the services at your fingertips: Mercadona Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and a few meters from the beach with the most crystal-clear water on the Costa Blanca: La Cala de Benidorm. On the 26th floor, almost 100 meters high, Benidorm Beach offers a two-story SPA with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. Whether taking a sauna, a relaxing swim in the heated pool, or a workout session in the gym, you'll enjoy great views of the blue sea. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, Nutribullet), as well as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and water filter. It has a large island and two high chairs.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), two bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a large window that gives access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), two side tables and built-in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms with shower.
Terrace: The 25 m² terrace is divided into two spaces: one with a three-seater "komodo" sofa from Nardi, two designer armchairs and a coffee table; the other, with a terrace table with capacity for six people.

Known as the little New York of the Costa Blanca, Benidorm has 77 buildings with more than 25 floors, 27 of which are over 100 meters high. Only Barcelona and Madrid have more skyscrapers in Spain. Poniente Beach, more than 3 km long, is a quiet stretch of fine golden sand with crystal-clear waters, and is just 100 m from the urbanization. In the surrounding area there are a wide variety of marinas, the closest being Benidorm. A few kilometers away, nautical fans can enjoy the facilities in Villajoyosa and Altea.

Within a 15 km radius of Benidorm Beach there are six magnificent golf courses: Las Rejas, Don Cayo in Altea Hills, Bonalba in Mutxamel and Golf Ifach in Calpe.
