The 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Santa Maria Complex which is located at the Porto Colon Marina end of Las Americas away from the more densely populated area and is a family orientated Aparthotel. The apartment has been recently refurbished and benefits from air conditioning and free in room WIFI and is situated on the third floor, it also has the advantage of being South facing, so sun all day plus pool and sea views. The apartment is also ideally situated being just a stones throw away from local bars and restaurants and only 350 metres to the nearest beach and Porto Colon Marina from where water sports and Water Excursions such as Whales and Dolphins can be obtained. Perfect apartment in great location

The apartment had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was the pool area and a sea view. Sun on there most of the day. Resort was lovely, with lots of bars and restaurants, perfect for watching the world go by.

We got what we hoped for!

We have visited Tenerife many times and have stayed in hotels and apartments. We settled on this area last year and booked this accommodation for the location. The liaison with the owner, agent and the property manager was excellent throughout. The apartment benefits from a double balcony with almost all day sunshine and views over the pool and ocean. The complex is very well maintained and although we were an independent booking the staff were helpful and welcoming at all times. We will book again!

Lovely Apartment

Firstly, communication with Ian, the owner, was great. Booking was simple and questions answered swiftly and efficiently. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could want for a fortnights stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lounge/ bedroom/ kitchen storage was great. The terrace is a really good size with a table and chairs for dining, and the comfy loungers are smashing for either reading or just chilling out. However, the thing that I would welcome would be the addition of some storage for toiletries in the bathroom (especially for us women) The accommodation is situated perfectly for shops, bars, restaurants and of course, the beach. Although it was extremely hot towards the end of our stay, we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Ian and Elaine

Fantastic apartment had everything we needed. There isn't a washing machine, but machines available on site. The owner was very accommodating and check in process very easy and quick. Lovely sunny double balcony, plenty of space. In an ideal location, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great Apartment

Communication from Ian(owner) was 1st class right from the start & he rescued us from a holiday disaster, when another owner cancelled our booking 4 days before we were due to travel. Ian's apartment was just as described & excellently located. Looking forward to returning in the next couple of years & wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great apartment in good location

We stayed here last year which says something. The apartment is a good size, clean and has all you need. We like sitting on the balcony which is sun facing until about 15:30. There is limited use of the hotel amenities but you can use the pool area. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants within 150 m of the hotel. We tried most of them and they are fine. All in all, a great apartment in a great location. We would stay again.

Hi we are a couple in our sixties that have owned apartments in Tenerife for over 20 years. We live on the Island in a house but and have sold our other properties in order to settle down, although we have kept this apartment as it is our favorite and stay in it ourselves regularly so it is always kept in tip top condition.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal for those who don't want to have the hassle of walking up and down steep hills in order to get to the apartment or forever having to catch Taxis as it is only150metres to the beach. The beach is also supported by a lift to main road level adjacent to Hotel La Pinta as well as different levels for other shops/bars and restaurants. The property is also surrounded by restaurants supplying all types of food, English, Indian, Chinese, Spanish etc. There are also numerous bars on your doorstep, lots providing free entertainment in the evening. If you want to take a Taxi somewhere there is a large Taxi rank just across the road. Porto Colon is also the base for many water adventures and sports like Whales and Dolphin Trips and Jet ski Hire.
