Casa Nilla is a cheerful two-story townhouse situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps three people. From Casa Nilla you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Nilla is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store, the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach (Agropoli beach) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile). You will reach Casa Nilla from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Nilla you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Casa Nilla is along a 300-meter (980 feet) narrow uphill road.

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
