Sliema! Just one minute from the promenade, our newly finished block of
rental apartments offer a minimalist yet modern decor, creating a
relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for your stay. Our penthouse on the
5th floor is the perfect getaway for those looking for a car-free
holiday, sightseeing, swimming, and good food. With 140sqm of space,
including terraces, our penthouse boasts stunning sea views of Valletta
and Manuel Island.

As you enter, you'll find a spacious living area leading to the
dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a sun-drenched terrace where you
can unwind in the Jacuzzi or sunbathe on the comfortable sunbeds. The
fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals and easy
cooking, with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. The
penthouse also has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an
ensuite and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two
single beds, as well as a family bathroom.

In addition to the front terrace with sea views, the penthouse also
boasts a spacious back terrace with a sofa lounge area and a BBQ for
easy fresco night cooking out. Whether you're on a budget, looking for
nightlife, shopping, or sun, our penthouse has it all. During your
stay, you'll have access to the entire property, which is private and
not shared with any other tenants.

We can also arrange airport transfers for your convenience. Sliema is a
major tourist spot on the northeastern coast of Malta, offering an
abundance of relaxing holiday activities, including restaurants,
shopping, and nightlife. Visitors can enjoy fine dining and shopping,

Please note that check-in time for the apartment is generally 2:00 PM,
and check-out is at 10:00 AM. However, if there are no arrivals on the
same day, the apartment can be kept for longer.
