This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas of Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market. Spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter. Although the apartment is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere thanks to its location in the interior of the building and its good soundproofing. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, there is an open space that integrates the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful sofa next to the dining area. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds.
It has two bathrooms with showers.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours in the months of heating will be from 13:00 to 23:00

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for private vehicles. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
