it consists of a large living room,2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,a kitchen with a nice balcony and all the amenities,like wi-fi,independent heating,AC,washing machine,dishwasher,Tv.
the guests will have access in all the rooms of the apartment. we'll be happy to give any information about the house and the city during the check in. After the hours 8 pm the cost of check-in will have a surcharge of 25 € which will be collected upon arrival in the apartment
***Mandatory: City Tax of 3,5€ each per day, for max 10 days (no guys under 10 years)**** After 8pm you have the pay 25€ to late check-in Please, don’t leave lights, water valves and air conditioners turned on when you are not in the apartment; in Italy the electricity consumption is really very expenses ! Please, don’t scream and shout in the building or in the apartment, be respectful of neighbors. There are some family that live in the building! we provide our guests a city map and a list of the best restaurants in the city
