Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice place close to everything

Nice property ans unit. The door is around the back side of the unit . Home was clean except cleaners need to lean to wipe the door facings around the knobs but everything else was nice and clean. We didn’t realize The unit backed the 30a road but it’s not noticeable. Two must knows- 1. Live music across the street is not I now but does end at a reasonable time and was quite fun to go across and enjoy. 2. The current beach is closed and nothing is mentions of this ans that is why directors are down on the property ap. They do have a shuttle that will take you a 10 min ride and drop off every hour and is nice because you don’t have to mess with parking but was a bit of a disappointment. Golf cart was great, bikes and chairs and umbrellas are at the unit ans in good condition. Two different coffee makes a Kirov and regular. There is a hairdryer. The AC worked so well we had to keep turning it up. It’s on a timer and blasts in the am. We had a good time Nice Neigbor hood with a good pool and lots of kids and families.

Dirty

The home is in a great location. But the cleaning crew needs to do a better job . Kitchen was so dirty full of grease had to clean it specially the hood vent full of grease , dirty utensils stored had to pull them out and wash them and the bathroom mats were black looked like the have never been washed . Main bedroom has hair all over the floor and the couches in the living room smelled .

Cleaning and Golf Cart issues

The first night things were very rough, in fact almost made me say I’d never rent with Panhandle again. But the workers at Panhandle were really nice when I called. The dusting in the house was the worst I’d ever seen, turned on the ceiling fans and stuff went everywhere. The kitchen light fixtures were filthy as well. The golf cart was not there, which resulted in us not having it the first half a day. Which is not ok when you pay almost 5000 for 7 days. I’ve been vacationing on 30A for 10 years and this is not typical of rentals in this area.

Wow....We loved this place

This property was very clean and had all the things that we needed to feel right at home! We enjoyed the golf cart and the close proximity to the Hub. Even though the weather did not cooperate for us, we were just fine in the home watching movies and playing games. The area is very inviting, quiet, and relaxing. The decor was very tasteful and simple. A must stay if you are in the area!

the condo was awesome. short trip to beach on golf cart and right across from Hub. only problem we had was the rules at pool and the way they were enforced. security at the pool and not very friendly at all.

Beautiful place, great location

This is a great property with a great location. The space is beautifully and smartly decorated. We would definitely stay again. It is great to be right across the street from the Hub - good restaurants and fun nightly entertainment. The only criticism is that, for the price, I would have thought they could have provided some coffee or at the very least, sugars/sweeteners. It was a bit of a pain to have to go to the supermarket on the day of checkin after a long car ride to get there. But overall, a fantastic place.

Loved it!

Loved the location, super nice neighborhood and surrounding areas. Condo is very up to date and exactly as pictured. The only issue we had was the back door that opens to the patio was stuck.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!

I have never had a company act with such a blatant disrespect for guest...we rented this property because it came with a golf cart and 4 bicycles...the first night we couldn't use the golf cart because there was no key on the premises..after calling we were told that the key had to be picked up in the office which was now closed...there was nothing in check-in instructions or anywhere in an email that this was stated...we had also let the office know that we were there early and having a bite at the Hub in case of early check-in...this would have been a great time to mention that we could come by and pick up the key?!!..so instead we would just ride bikes...oh No...there were no bikes...on this call we were told that bikes were not available at this time and we would be compensated...funny since there were thousands of bikes for rent up and down 30A..I was told that I would receive a call or email from Yasmine...it has now been over 4 weeks...and I've called almost daily...in what universe does it take that long to return a phone call...unbelievably rude!!! The property itself was great...the customer service one of the worst I have ever encountered!!! You go on vacation to relax...not to make endless phone calls and visits to the office....and still no response!!

Great place

One of the greatest place we’ve stayed. Loved the area so close to Alys beach and Rosemary Beach. House was very clean, sheets and towels as well plenty provided. The king bed was on the firm side (not for everyone liking). The only thing was not enough glasses for drinks and the pan handle was broken. The downstairs TV couldn’t be figured out to work. The neighborhood pool and amenities were great! Will definitely be back!
