Apartment in l'Escala on the seafront, located on Riells beach. The apartment has been recently renovated. The Escalapark accommodation is a holiday apartment for rent, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and have all the amenities nearby.
The apartment is located on the Petit Príncep promenade and a few meters from the promenade, in the Riells beach area, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops and long walks next to the sea. You can walk everywhere and forget about the car.
The best thing about the apartment is its terrace with views of the sea, the bay and the mountains. It is located on the second floor of a small residence with an elevator. Upon entering we find an open space shared by the fully equipped kitchen and the living-dining room with access to the terrace. It has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and sea views, and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Finally, a recently renovated bathroom with shower that both rooms share.
The apartment has all the comforts: WiFi, cable TV, smart TV, air conditioning and heat pump.
