Refurbished from the ruins of an original Algarvean Quinta and sitting in a substantial plot of around 3000sqm, Villa Guia is a charming house enjoying a wonderful situation. Privately tucked away in the countryside, the property remains within easy striking distance of all amenities (restaurants 1km, supermarket 1.5km) as well as beaches such as Salgados, Galé and Manuel Lourenço - three of the most attractive on this celebrated coastline.
Constructed over one level, the property is well proportioned with accommodation flowing easily from one room to the next encouraging easy living. Décor throughout is bright with comfortable furnishings and good facilities. The kitchen is large and well equipped, the living room equally spacious and, in common with all three bedrooms, is individually air conditioned.
Surrounded by lawn and ample sun terracing the private swimming pool with Roman steps sits in substantial grounds dotted with oleander and mature olive trees. Both lawn and roof terrace look out, across a natural landscape of olive and almond trees, towards Armaçao de Pera with the Atlantic Ocean peeping over the top of low hills in the near distance.
World famous for its vast range of attractions and family-oriented activities, the Algarve is home to such tempting diversions as ‘ZooMarine’ (1.3km), the sand sculpture village (4km), waterparks (two are within a 25 minute drive), many spectacular golf courses and a seemingly endless list of gorgeous beaches renowned for their cleanliness, golden sand and good facilities. Anyone seeking the livelier side of the Algarve should head for cosmopolitan Albufeira (a 20 minute taxi ride).
