The Space:
You will find at your disposal a newly decorated apartment with two double bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a living room with a sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities for your comfort during your stay. We must not forget to mention the spacious and panoramic terrace, for the exclusive use of the apartment.
For your greater comfort, our apartment has air conditioning, an elevator, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua João das Regras, near Praça da República, the apartment is in a city center area close to some of Porto's most sought-after streets. We recommend walking down Rua do Almada, heading towards the famous Galerias de Paris, shopping at Praça Carlos Alberto, strolling through the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça da Batalha, and the Sé Cathedral, or visiting the Miradouro da Ponte D. Luís I or Jardim do Morro. Close to the apartment, you can also enjoy the famous Portuguese dish: Francesinha.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Faria Guimarães metro station, with access to all metro lines, or 8 minutes on foot from the city's main station, Metro da Trindade. In the vicinity, you'll find cafes, restaurants, local shops, bus stops, and the Porto General Headquarters.
To explore the city's riverfront, we recommend boarding the number 500 bus near the São Bento Train and Metro station. This line starts in downtown Porto, passing through Ribeira, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can taste some of the most typical seafood and regional dishes from northern Portugal.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the tourist municipal tax has been implemented.
The amount of €2.00 included in the total price of your stay is applicable to guests over 13 years of age. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be applied.
If you lose the key, a charge will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price subject to consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and the internet/TV package) up to €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a collaborator to inspect the property, with expected monthly visits for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay.
