The Old Boot Room is a cosy cottage perfect for couples, with plenty of stunning walks straight from the doorstep.. 1 step to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Front garden. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are uneven floors in the property.. As suggested by the name, this farm building was originally used as a boot room and has been converted into a cosy, one-bedroom holiday cottage. With your own private entrance and courtyard to the front, The Old Boot Room is adjacent to the farmhouse where the owners live. Inside, is an open-plan living space with a seating area, TV and a kitchenette with breakfast bar. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The quirks of the building remain to maximise the space – note the uneven floors.
The Old Boot Room is perfect for a cosy, countryside retreat. Located on a smallholding, you may even get to see some farm animals (if you are bringing your furry friend, please be mindful of other animals at the farm). A stone’s throw from the farm is the quiet, rural village of Llanfynydd where you’ll find the local pub – perfect to relax in after a day out.
You can enjoy fantastic walks in the countryside from your doorstep, or explore more of Carmarthen by car. Whether it’s indulging in Welsh history at Dinefwr Castle, discovering nature at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, or hitting the bike trails at Brechfa Forest, there’s plenty to do within a short drive (under 30 minutes). Nearby, Llandeilo is a pretty market town with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Carmarthen is a larger town where you can shop at the local centre and market, catch a movie at the cinema or hit a strike at the bowling alley! Beach 21¾ miles.
