The cottage provides a bespoke home with everything for a home from home getaway in the heart of the lovely market town of Helmsley. The property has been upgraded to a high standard with quality furnishings throughout and has extremely spacious living accommodation from a large open plan living/dining room with comfy seating and large dining table, a separate desk for those that may need to work whilst away,a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed , another with twin beds . In the lounge is a double sofa bed, linen on request charge of £20.00. a newly fitted bathroom/w.c. Superb property for a stay in Helmsley and a base for the surrounding area. Free parking for 1 car.

Uninhabitable no preinspection of property
There had obviously been no inspection of property since mid Feb based on letters pn doormat. Arrived to find lounge roof falling in and water dripping onto table and carpet. Down walls in bathroom. V.Inconvenient!
