Second Floor:
Games Room: Games Console, Futon. Oil central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue, summer house with tumble dryer, darts board and kids games table. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden.. Located in the heart of Wittersham in the High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this two bedroom property offers an ideal location for families wanting to escape and explore the outstanding beauty within Kent. With renowned walking country on its doorstep, this is an ideal base for couples, families and friends alike seeking a fun-packed adventure yet still having local amenities nearby.
The country style yet modern decor greets you as you enter the stunning property and is found through-out. The living room presents comfy sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed) and a good size TV with Blu-ray player and CD player (with a selection of both CDs and DVDs to enjoy). It also features a real wood burner which helps create a relaxing space to enjoy after a long day of exploring. Leading into the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything required to rustle up a meal for family or friends, which can be enjoyed on the perfectly situated table and chairs in the middle of the open plan room. The country style kitchen oozes warmth and creates a homely atmosphere. Take the stairs to reveal two immaculately presented bedrooms on the first floor; one with a kingsize bed which can be split into two singles, and a double room both with plenty of storage space. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor which boasts a shower, toilet and basin. There is a second toilet and basin downstairs. The rear doors lead out onto the patio, which then takes you to the stunning garden with a small pond. Together with the outside furniture and the charcoal barbeque (charcoal not supplied) this is a gorgeous space to dine al fresco and to enjoy the countryside sun. There is also a summer house complete with kids’ games table and dart board.
Village shop (opens 7 days per week till 7.30pm),, park with outdoor gym equipment and kids play area, church. Note - the local pub is currently closed.
Bus stop with buses to Tenterden (3 miles) and Rye (5 miles). Beach at Camber Sands 8 miles.
