Finca can Llamas is situated in a particularly peaceful and private location and would be an excellent choice for friends or families looking for a relaxing escape from their busy lives. The villa is comfortable, well-designed and inviting, perfect for a relaxing stay. Outside the villa cool off in the 10 metre pool, hone your cooking skills on the barbecue and share your meal in the shaded dining area. For younger children there is a small play area in the garden and an open invitation to visit some of the animals (including llamas!) that are kept nearby on the owners’ miniature farm. Although the finca is situated in a rural, wooded area, surrounded by mature trees and landscaped grounds only 4 kilometres from Pollença town. There is a plethora of beaches is to choose from, the two closest being Playa de Muro (the longest sandy beach on the island) or Puerto Pollença where you can enjoy a variety of watersports or amble along Pine Walk taking in sights, stores and restaurants. If you prefer to soak up the atmosphere of more traditional towns with an old town feel, both Pollença and Alcúdia are just a short drive away.

Parking: inside the property Information guide Simpson Travel information book is in the villa DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT - approximately 45 minutes We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models you need to press the button once to reach the day reading and then press and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. The road network in Mallorca is often being updated therefore the road numbers on signposts may not correspond to those on maps. Where this is the case, we have tried to use landmarks as much as possible. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. 0.0km from the multi-storey car park follow the signs for Palma. 2. 0.3km Join dual carriageway following signs for Palma. 3. 1.7km Join motorway, Ma19, following signs for Ma20/Palma. 4. 5.6km Move into the righthand lane and prepare to take Exit No.3, Ma20/Andratx. 5. 5.8km Take Exit No.3 signposted Ma20 and Andratx. Once you have joined the motorway carefully move into the middle lane. 6. 8.4km Go past Exit No.3a and take Exit No.3 for Inca. You will join the Ma13 motorway running north from Palma to Port d’Alcúdia. Stay on this road until the end of the motorway 7. 46.9km At this point as you pass exit 40, the road becomes a single lane carriageway. Reset your odometer to zero. 8. Continue straight ahead, for a further 7.5 kms. 9. At the roundabout, take the third exit (marked Pollença – Ma2201). As you go around the roundabout, you will see a Garden Centre on your right (Jardinera Bisaynes). As you join this road, reset your odometer to zero. Continue straight along this road at 2.2km you will cross over a small bridge. 10. Having crossed over the bridge slow down at this point, as you will need to turn in about 500m. 11. Turn left into a small unsurfaced lane (there are signs on the fencing saying Ca´n Llamas also the name is painted on a wooden pole) You will see a no through road/exit sign at the start of the lane. Continue slowly along this lane for approx..300m keeping left passing the green fence. 12. Turn right, you will see a Ca´n Llamas sign on the concrete post. Continue past the green fencing and Ca´n Llamas is the first house on your right. The keys to the villa and gate are in a key box on the left gate post. Set the combination to 0765 and hold down the black lever to the left of the combination. At the same time, pull open the front of the box, and the keys to the property are inside.
