Hemingway Villa is a modern newly renovated, boutique like villa located on the seashore, in Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve, a protected area, 2 minutes away by car from Spechiolla town. The villa is composed of 3 rooms, each of them differently decorated, with high quality bedlinen, ensuite modern bathroom and individual AC. The villa has an equipped outdoor kitchen with dining veranda and an indoor kitchenette. 2 rooms have seaview and 1 gardenview. A bycicle rental service is available. Hiking and bycicle roads are around.
We use fotovoltaic panels for electricity and hot water. The villa has safe private free parking.
The nearest private beach is 3 minutes away by feet. 2 minutes by car many posh beachbars and restaurants can be reached.
Ostuni the white city is 20km, Brindisi Airport or Port 23km, San Domenico Golf is 30 km, Archaeological Museum Egnazia is 35km, Zoosafari 35km, Alberobello 50km, Lecce 60 km, Matera 150km away from the villa.

What makes this property unique
On the seashore, maybe the only villa in Puglia so close to the sea, set in theTorre Guaceto natural reserve, turtles and different birds can be spotted, hiking trails, bike tracks around, walking distance to restaurants and private beaches.
