The top floor consists of three bedrooms all featuring quality built in wardrobes. The Master bedroom features an en suite. There is also a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle and a utility room for laundry and storage. There is fast internet throughout the property.
All of the rooms on the top floor have access to a balcony with seating.
The building is newly built . Fixtures and fittings are of high quality. Windows and doors are aluminium with double glazing and electric shutters, making the house airy and sunny.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living areas.
All these elements make the villa very comfortable to live in with the aid of the marvellous Mediterranean weather.
The exterior of the villa is just beautiful as the interior; to the front of the property there is a large patio for alfresco dining or just relaxing.
With high quality tiling and a modern clean finish throughout this is a first class holiday home.

Last but not least, the location of the villa is exquisite. The beach is on your doorstep and some of the best local traditional restaurants are also situated within a short stroll. Agios Nikolaos is just 5 minutes from Edipsos spa, famous for it’s thermal spas and their healing properties!
