Eine ausgesprochen großzügige und nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Für Kletterer und Mountainbiker ist die Lage hervorragend. Der Parkplatz ist für sehr tiefliegende Fahrzeuge nicht ideal. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Ferien in Ligurien
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Nähe von Carbuta. Die Lage ist ländlich, nur gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und absolut ruhig. Unter der Woche kann das Auto direkt am Haus geparkt werden, am Wochende ca. 300m weiter unten an der Straße. Vom Haus aus kann man gut und zügig viele verschiedene Ziele erreichen, sei es der Strand in Finale Legure, Wanderwege oder Kletterfelsen, die es hier ohne Ende gibt. Die Wohnung von Mirella ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit drei Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 5 Betten. Ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich, in dem man sich auch zu mehreren gut aufhalten kann, da es zwei bequeme große Couchen gibt. Die Küche (guter Gasherd aber kein Ofen) und die Terrasse haben einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal. Die Wohnung selbst ist recht hellhörig, insbesondere da eins der Schlafzimmer ein kleines offenes Fenster zum Flur hat. Aber es ist ein altes Haus und man gewöhnt sich dran. Mirella wohnt im gleichen Haus, ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereich und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben - eine durchweg sympathische Vermieterin. Insgesamt hat es uns hervorragend gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Einfach, aber einfach gut!
Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub hier verbracht und waren begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dass es keinen Fernseher gibt, war zwar das Erste, das den Kindern aufgefallen ist, aber vermisst haben wir ihn nicht. Die meiste Zeit, die wir in der Wohnung verbracht haben, saßen wir auf der Terrasse und haben den Ausblick und die Natur genossen. Entschleunigung pur. Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung zum Strand. Gerade mit kleineren Kinder ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Ansonsten kann man die paar Kilometer auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Stichwort Fahrradfahren: Um die Mountainbike-Trails in der Nähe zu erkunden, ist die Lage perfekt. Base NATO, Sentiero H, Madonna della Guardia, Roller coaster etc. kann man super (auch ohne E-Bike) erreichen. Und die Gastgeberin ist auch super nett. Klare Empfehlung! 😀

Es wird in der Objektbeschreibung nicht deutlich, dass es sich um ein extrem hellhöriges Haus handelt. Familien mit Kleinkindern müssen damit rechnen, dass sich die Gäste in der unteren Ferienwohnung ständig beschweren. Das ist gerade im Urlaub unschön.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben 11 wirklich erholsame und entspannende Tage in der wunderschönen, geräumigen und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Mirella verbracht. Absolut ruhig gelegen und mit traumhafter Aussicht ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Terrasse, umrankt von Rosen und Blauregen, hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und ist einfach nur großartig. Mirella ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich und zugewandt, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit, sehr kommunikativ und großzügig! Liebe Mirella! Malerisch gelegenes Steinhaus
Mit toller Terrasse und Gartennutzung macht man hier mit den ligurischen Bergdorfbewohnern Urlaub. Wandern, Biken, Strand und die schöne Altstadt von Finalborgo, genießen. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Eine super nette Vermieterin, die oben im Steinhaus wohnt. Wir hatten einen wuderbaren Urlaub!! Am Haus hat man Ruhe, einen tollen Ausblick und ist trotzdem schnell bei der nächsten sehr authentischen Trattoria im Ort Calice Ligure. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebenswerte Gastgeberin
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Toll ausgestattet. Nichts, was man vermisst. Sogar Kaffee war schon da. Mirella ist eine super Gastgeberin. Für alle, die gut zu Fuß und mit Kfz unterwegs sind, ist diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Danke Mirella.

Ruhiges Idyll im Hinterland
Wunderschöne Wohnung,geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut ruhig, mit PKW in gut fünf Minuten im nächsten Ort, MTB 40 Min von Finalborgo (Rückweg bergauf) zurück, wandern und MTB direkt vom Haus möglich, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge (zwischen 30 bis 60 Minuten mit PKW) sehr herzliche Vermieterin, Wanderführer und MTB Bücher zur Orientierung. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Mirella's paradise
Mirella's appartement with three bedrooms is very charming, spacious, well equipped, and very clean! There is a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and a garden with trees, roses and vegetables. Mirella isn't only a wonderful host, she is also a warm and very pleasant person and always there when anything is needed! We enjoyed our time in her house a lot! Mille grazie! 💜

Wonderful
We had a wonderful time at Mirella's vacation home. The apartment is perfectly equipped and beautifully quietly located in a small mountain village. In 15 minutes you can reach Finale or Finalborgo. In Calice (5 min drive) is a supermarket to buy the most important things. We are very happy to come back. Thank you Mirella :-))

Tolle Wohnung
Liebe Mirella, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in Deinem tollen Apartment. Die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht war für uns das Highlight. Von innen ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung hat einen ganz besonderen individuellen Charme. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen Nato-Base und Rollercoaster war für uns als MTBer ideal. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft abseits des Rummels sucht ist bei Mirella sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Idyllischer Ort
Ruhig und abgelegen ist diese schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Fernsicht auf der schönen Terrasse ist toll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung ist grosszügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche benötigt man das Auto. Mirella ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin!

A beautiful place to be.
We found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the wooded mountain from the balcony. The apartment, in an historic building, is very peaceful and tastefully furnished with interesting artefacts Mirella has collected, as well as many books. You can go for a walk in the garden and the village is down the mountain not far away. It is a good base to explore Liguria, being only a few miles from Finale Ligure. Genoa is only an hour or so away by car. Mirella is a wonderful, friendly yet non-intrusive host. She was very helpful and kind to us throughout our stay. A really beautiful place to stay.

ein besonderer Ort, sehr idyllisch
Wir haben als 5köpfige Familie eine herrliche Zeit in Mirellas Haus verbracht. Die Lage könnte nicht schöner sein! Man hat auf der Terasse eine tolle Aussicht, manchmal bis auf’s Meer, eine wunderbare Ruhe und auch im Haus ist alles sehr behaglich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mirella ist eine sehr sympathische natürliche Frau, kann gute Tipps geben und hat zur Begrüßung ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu und einen Frizzante bei uns kühl gestellt-das war himmlisch! Gut zu erreichen ist ein Fluß zum Baden, ein wahres Libellenparadies und das Meer. Beides war sehr schön! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit Mirella!!! :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit netter Gastgeberin!
Vielen lieben Dank liebe Mirella!! :) Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir allerdings auf dem wundervollen Balkon verbracht. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 min. am Meer. Die Eisdiele und die Pizzeria in Calcise Ligure (ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt) sind zu empfehlen! Auch ruhig mal das Oliven-Eis probieren. ;) Tolles Wander-, Kletter- und MTB-Revier! Inga & Kris

Eine wunderbare Zeit
Wer ein außergewöhnliches Feriendomizil sucht ist hier genau richtig. Unheimlich individuell eingerichtet, was dieses Domizil so einmalig macht, genau wir ihr Besitzer Mirella. Schon als wir ankamen wurden wir herzlichst mit einer Tarte begrüßt. Unglaublich herzlich und mit großem Elan wurde uns schnell bei kleineren Problemen geholfen. EIns muss gesagt werden. Dieses Domizil kann aus unserem Blickpunkt nur für jemanden Benutz werden, der zu einem sportlich aktiv ist ( MTB, Klettern) oder für jemanden der die Einsamkeit und Ruhe für den Moment sucht. Wir als Mountainbiker sind vollkommen belohnt wurden. Wie schon gesagt.......ein unglaublicher SPOT....wir werden wieder kommen....

Tolle Unterkunft speziell für sportliche Urlauber, die gerne Klettern, Biken und Wandern!!
Unseren Aufenthalt bei Mariella werden wir noch lange in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie hat eine grosse Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick in die Natur. Besonders zu schätzen wussten wir das schnelle Internet. Mariella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die dafür sorgt, dass es an Nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für MTBer und Kletterer, da sowohl die Trails als auch die Klettergebiete in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Die aktuellen Führer zum Biken, Klettern und Wandern stehen zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine sehr gute Pizzeria und Gelateria gibt es in Calice Ligure. Grazie mille Mariella!
