Chelston Grange is a luxury high end spacious apartment by the sea - just a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Torre Abby Sands Beach. Chelston Grange has a private garden and parking. The apartment is right next to a park and in walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The spacious high end kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar. The lounge and diner is really spacious with dinning for six. There are two double bedrooms and two high end bathrooms. It has a great feel and is kitted out to a high standard.

We have hosted two larger holiday lets in Torquay for a number of years and now have Chelston Grange. We want your holiday to be amazing so I have hopefully thought of everything to ensure you have a great time. We are local to the area and love Torquay.
Why they chose this property
Chelston Grange has the best of both worlds as its situated near the beach – Corbyn Head Beach & Cockington. Chelston is one of the towns most historic and best preserved Victorian suburbs, with many of the area’s typical red sandstone buildings designated within the Chelston Conservation area. Torquay is a 14 minute walk away walking next to the sea /beach on the way in to town
What makes this property unique
Chelston Grange is set in such a peaceful are you hear the birds and its very peaceful. Its been renovated to a high standard with a private garden which is right next to a park. The house also benefits with a free parking space and two bathrooms and minutes to a beautiful beach as well as close to cockington
