We offer this semi detached 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private heated pool for rent in Callao Salvaje is situated all on one level and is close to beach and all other local amenities. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,sandwich maker, iron with board plus all other kitchen utensils. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 2 seater leather sofas and 1 x 3 seater leather sofa. The TV offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more. DVD player, the lounge also offers 2 sets of patio doors that lead onto the outside terrace this room also has a ceiling fan. There is an outside table and chairs seating 6 guests that can be bought into the lounge if required. Bedroom one has twin beds (can be made into double bed if required) ceiling fan, dressing area with huge wardrobe space, doors that lead onto the pool terrace plus an en suite with bath and shower attachment, Bedroom 2 is huge and has twin beds (can be made into a double bed if required) We can upon request add two extra single beds to this room making the whole villa sleep 10.. Bedrooms 3 has twin beds and patio doors to pool terrace. Bedroom 4 also has twin beds. All bedrooms have large wardrobe space. This villa has a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and another shower room with cubicle and WC. There is a safe in the villa for you private use.

Free broadband Wifi is included.

The outside consists of large 10 x 4 metre private heated pool with steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sunbeds, table and chairs for 6, BBQ and outside shower. The terrace is totally private and isnt shared. This villa is situated in a quiet area. The manager lives nearby and is on hand for any matters that may arise.

This accommodation is of an average standard and is not regarded as high level or luxury, but considering its distance to the coast, holds a private heated pool and number of bedrooms, the accommodation is good value for money.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
