Beautiful ground floor apartment in the Al Andalus Thalassa urbanization in Vera Playa, for max. 4 people. Terrace/garden. Living-dining room with Spanish television, WiFi, kitchen (with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and washing machine. 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with a walk-in shower) and the other bathroom with bath. Air conditioning Hot/cold conditioning in all rooms Covered parking space.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, very suitable for families. children will make friends right away. 2 outdoor summer pools with a small pool for young children and babies, open from June 1 to September 30. Several paddle courts, Children playground.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Villaricos festival dates minimum fortnight. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.

Electrical consumtion:

Stays of up to 21 days: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 10 KW/day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
