Loved being there, having coffee on the porch while watching the cows, the sunrise and sunset!! Ranch is beautiful, private & serene. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it and we will be back!!
Great home for us as the dogs had room to run and play. I stayed in the master room with the king bed and you might have mice or something else living in the walls or attic as I could hear scratching and rustling noises most of the night
We had a great stay at the Hereford Ranch, met our needs as we visited our daughters who live in Cheyenne and Laramie. Nice peaceful location, not too far from town, and easy to get to from the interstate.
We absolutely loved our visit at Wyoming Hereford Ranch! The home was immaculate, very comfortable, and the most perfect place to relax! The Ranch is very quiet and peaceful yet to close to dining as well friends home! We enjoyed walking our two pups on the extensive grounds. Communication with the host was easy and efficient! We will plan our next visit to Cheyenne around the availability of Wyoming Hereford Ranch!
Peaceful ranch on the edge of town. It was really neat to walk around the ranch and see the horses, and birds by the creek. The beds were really comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it full stars is because the light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead bugs, and I didn't open the windows because the space between the window and screen was kind of dirty and had dead bugs.
Our stay at the Hereford Ranch was a symbolic step into the past of what ranch life would be like. Even though there were no cattle close by, we could envision with all the buildings it had how much hard work that it would entail. A beautiful place, and easy to get to.
My family came to Cheyenne for my sons wedding. Property was close to venue and was a perfect base for our family and the groomsmen. Beautiful area and property.
We had a great time staying on the property! Great location and proximity to downtown Cheyenne. Beautiful landscape! The farmhouse had such character. We all had a wonderful time!
The house was comfortable, except that we are used to air conditioning and it was very hot when we arrived. Apparently past guest have had animals in the house.
Home was comfortable. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding. Nice thick towels. Kids loved the playground and petting and feeding the horses. One thing to note, no air conditioning.
We stayed at this beautiful ranch while attending a show and sale at the Archer event center. I cannot imagine a more cozy, beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend! very comfortable and clean!
My daughter held her wedding at this beautiful ranch. Staying at this house right on the property was very convenient and comfortable for the family and out-of- town guests! Highly recommend!
Beautiful property with plenty of places to walk and enjoy the ranch and horses. We enjoyed visiting with each other sitting in the grass under the shade of giant old trees. So peaceful and quite yet close enough to places we needed to be. Would definately stay here again.
We really enjoyed exploring the ranch and the museum. We searched for a herd of Hereford but to no avail! We saw a beautiful bull and a cow and calf. We are not sure if the herd is elsewhere on the ranch and we just didn't see them or if a large herd doesn't exist anymore. This information would be helpful on the description of the property. The little bungalow we stayed in was perfect and accurately described. It was lovely to sit on the front porch in the mornings and listen to the birds. All was very clean and a wonderful restful place. It was a short, easy drive into Cheyenne that is full of fascinating history.
It was a beautiful property. Only complaint is washing machine and dryer were dirty. Would also be better for guests if bathrooms were upgraded. Overall, we had a great time and the ranch is great. Great view of the hills and sunset, thank you for sharing with us!
The Hereford Ranch provided a wonderful, peaceful stay. Place was clean, beds comfortable, beautiful scenery, nice walking around the ranch. Lots of space for 2 and 4 legged creatures to run around.
