Casa CLAUDIA is ideal for your holidays this year! Anti-corona virus measures e.g. disinfection between stays, we take seriously. We offer 170 m2 with direct views of the Torrequebrada golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach of Benalmádena-Costa and Castillo Bil Bil. Excellent for families: 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms. Fast WIFI and AC including a large open kitchen with a bar. Urbanisation with 24 hrs security.Prepared for small children! Max 7 adults.

Due to the coronavirus, we are taking great care to disinfect surfaces that are often touched between stays. Casa Claudia is a spacious first floor apartment with a south facing terrace with wide views over the Torrequebrada Golf course, garden and pool of the urbanisation. Large terrace with sofa-lounge, TV and barbecue. Modern and very complete decoration. Smart Television satellite with more than 200 international channels, Netflix and You Tube. Centralised AC throughout the apartment. Garage space included. Rates include taxes, electricity, water, fast wifi, air conditioning and garage space.

Final cleaning cost to be paid on arrival in cash. (€ 150 or € 120 for 4 people or less). This includes the use of bed clothes, bathroom and kitchen towels (1 small, large and beach towel per person). Baby elements, cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table included on request.

Big garden. High level gated community with majority of resident or foreign owners. Ideal for toddlers and teens who can play outside alone. There are 4 pools and a playground, plus 2 children's pools. Due to the coronavirus, all pools and their common areas are ultra-disinfected and cleaned daily. In addition, 24-hour security in the urbanisation to follow up on new regulations such as social distance, sanitary hygiene in the garden, etc.

Fantastisk
Kom precis hem efter två veckor i den här trevliga lägenheten. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn, lägenheten är väl planerad så vi hade en fantastisk tid. Terrassen är stor och härlig med en fin utsikt över havet och golfen! Eftersom det var lite kallt att simma i utomhuspoolen i december var det perfekt att värma upp med lyxiga duschar och jacuzzi i lägenheten. Allt var super rent och snyggt vid ankomsten och kontaktpersonen på plats tog emot oss. Allt gick smidigt. Vi kommer att besöka Benalmadena och den här lägenheten igen!

We celebrated my birthday here on the Coast and it was great that Claudia has more apartments in same urbanization so each of us could be on their own apartment but at the pool, beach and in restaurants we had family time together! Really quality apartments, very well maintained, comfortable, nice terrace with great views over the golf and ocean! Definitely recommendable! Price - quality very good!

El apartamento estaba impecable y era muy bonito. Además tenía terraza, barbacoa, smart TV, todo de 10. Buen lugar calidad-precio. Esta cerca de la playa, Benalmadena-Costa y pueblo pero en una zona más tranquilo enfrente un campo de golf. Confortable, limpio, buena wifi y con todo lo necesario. Recomendable.

Location is great! Place is perfect! Excellent quality! Good barbeque at the terrace and big kitchen. bed of the master bedroom is more than 2 meters long, really comfortable for my tall friend (1.97 cm). Beach and supermarket was 10 minutes’ walk, the rest we did by car. Thanks Claudia for the good services!

Not sure who liked ´Casa Claudia´ the most; me and my wife, the kids or the dog!!!! It has a huge garden for the dog, a playground and several swimming pools for the kids and for us just being on the sunny terrace was already enough! Super location , fantastic views. Place is extremely clean and nice modern. We could park the car directly downstairs.

Great quality! If you are looking for quality, take this apartment! It is spacious, mostly new and very well equipped and maintained. We did not miss anything. The view from the terrace over the golf course and sea are really amazing and Claudia is great, she responded quickly to our questions. Good ubication, close to beach and harbor, but in nice quite residential area. We loved it!

Amazing! High standard!
This is a truly beautiful apartment, situated in a very quiet, peaceful area. It is actually bigger than we anticipated, with three double bedrooms, the largest of which has an en suite. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard - it is clear that the owners visit frequently and are constantly upgrading. It felt like we were staying in a home rather than in a holiday let. The terrace is particularly noteworthy - with glorious views across the golf-course to the sea. The external furniture is plentiful and high quality and the abundance of plants make it really special. We found the owner exceptionally easy to deal with and most accommodating. We had some initial reservations about paying by international banking transfer, but these were utterly unfounded as the process was quick and simple. It is a very pleasant walk down to the sea but a car is useful to save carrying shopping back up the hill from the supermarket. There are no shops or facilities in the immediate vicinity, it is purely a residential area; personally we prefer this as we were uninterrupted by noise and able to sleep well. The apartment is in a gated community, which gave great peace of mind regarding security. We recommend it without reservation and would have no hesitation in returning.

Aanrader voor grotere families!
Dit appartement is heerlijk rustig gelegen, in een mooie urbanisatie. Wij waren er in de winter en konden toch nog zonnen (en als we wilden zwemmen) bij het zwembad overdag. Ruim opgezet en goed beveiligd complex. Ligt wel op een heuvel, maar in 10 minuten op de boulevard en strand, zo ook de supermarkt en winkeltjes. Wij gingen elke avond uit eten (zoveel leuke en niet dure restaurants in Benalmadena), maar de keuken vh appartement is van alles voorzien, en konden heerlijk buiten zitten in de zon met zicht op tuin, beetje zee en golfbaan. Het appartement heeft vloerverwarming en zelfs schoorsteen (laatste hadden we niet nodig, vloerverwarming was wel fijn voor ´s avonds kouder). Ruime badkamers (we zagen zelfs een jacuzzi maar niet gebruikt) en slaapkamers, ruim genoeg voor 4 volwassen en 3 tieners. Een heerlijke rustige vakantie gehad. Er was zelfs netflix!

Excellent!
Really good property, nice quiet part of town. Great views overlooking the golf course, everything you need is close by. Property is clean and bright and spacious with 3 good size bedrooms and all amenities you will need, nice quiet communal pool you can use, beach is a 10 minute walk away. Spent lots of time on balcony. Lots of room to move around and sunbathe on loungers provided. Swimming pool is not heated! Apartment has heating floor, which made us a really great and comfortable stay in wintertime. I understand you pay a bit more then other 3 bedrooms but it is more then worth it!

Price - Quality the best!
We, family 4 adults and 3 kids, stayed in this fantastic apartment. Modern, very spacious, great kitchen and for me very important it was quiet to sleep, a clean space and toys and international TV for the kids. Location is good, close to the boulevard to the harbour and beach, but for shopping I recommend to rent a car. Garage was included. For the good quality they offer, it was very worth to pay!! Hope to come back one time. Thank you Claudia!

Wunderschön Apartment in sehr guter Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hätte nicht erwartet das es so gröss war. Die Auststattung ist auch sehr schön und modern. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig geliegen auf einem Hügel mit blick über Golf platz und wenig Mer. Somit bekommt man von ganzen ¨Trubel´ an der Promenade kaum etwas mit, ist aber trotzdem in 10 - 15 Minuten zum fuss direkt am Strand. Die Buchung und Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter verlief korrekt und zuverlässig.

Fantastic Apartment
We, two Canadian couples, spent some happy nights in Claudia´s apartment, which overlooks a nice quiet golf course and the Mediterranean. It is well situated, away from the bush bush but still close by to everything. We could walk down the street to the beach, although we preferred to do everything by car (easy to park outside summer season). Benalmadena is a lovely town with some great local tapas bars and restaurants to offer, especially we liked the old town Benalmadena. The condo was very spacious, modern, it gives you that luxury feeling of a 5 star hotel but with all the facilities of an apartment, there was even a big barbecue at the terrace for us to use! Claudia´s apartment was for us a gem, for it amenities and location and also because upon arrival it was spotless clean, which you do not find everywhere as we experienced in some holiday rentals before. It was the first time to come to this area in autumn and we absolutely love it, temperatures like 25 º C easily and lots of sunshine made our holiday really fantastic!!

Sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Küche mit Bar ist sehr komplett. Wir fanden dieses Wohnung unglaublich sauber und sehr gross ausgestatet und erwarten es nicht so nahe am Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz war ein Bonus! Wünschte, wir könnten länger bleiben. Herzlichen Dank Claudia, du bist ein Super Gastgeber!

Could not be better! Great for friends or families!
It is very spacious and modern decorated! Claudia informed us well about the location and where to go. Supermarket and Restaurant is at 10 min. walk. It felt really as a ´luxe´ we could stay here with the pool and beach nearby but still so nice quiet area. It was a warm welcome with coffee and sangria prepared for us by Claudia. Understood there where more pools in the urbanisation and even a play ground for kids but we did not had time to use it. Thank you so much Claudia!

Perfect stay!
Claudia rented to us on short notice and the apartment could not have been nicer. Fresh and clean with a wonderful view, it was the perfect stop on our journey in Spain. Don't hesitate to rent here as you won't find much better.

Fantastic Benalmadena Condo
We (2 couples) rented the Torrequebrada condo for almost 2 weeks and couldn't have been more satisfied. The condo is well-equipped, comfortable and pretty. We had plenty of space for clothes, etc...The condo is located close to shops, restaurants, the beach, golf. We also found it a great base for exploring the area. Claudia was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this condo!

Great apartment for a family holiday.
We had a lovely holiday staying at the Casa Claudia apartment. It is spacious with plenty of room for the kids. The balcony has a lovely view of the pool and is great for relaxing on in the afternoon sun. The bedrooms are a good size, as are the bathrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. The only bad points are, parts of it could do with a little tlc and a good clean. But it is a holiday let and not a hotel so this is to be expected. It is also on a very steep hill so you definitely need a car unless you are into hiking. Claudia herself was a wonderful host she was so helpful and informative so I would recommend this apartment.

Fantástico apartamento de vacaciones
Nos alojamos aquí para pasar un largo fin de semana en junio, y nos encantó el apartamento. Está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del pueblo de Benalmadena, principal de la ciudad y restaurantes, y a menos que un km de la costa. El apartamento era mas grande lo que necesitábamos, con la terraza buen protegido para nuestro gemelos. Amplio apartamento para ellos para jugar dentro y afuera abajo en el jardín. Ademas una cocina enorme y muy limpio. La piscina encantadora y relajante (es lo suficientemente grande para hacer largos si te gusta nadar temprano por la mañana, tiene 11 m de largo), y desde la terraza tiene una hermosa vista del mar - realmente relajante sentarse por toda la tarde. Fue muy fácil tratar con Claudia, que respondió a nuestros e-mails a las pocas horas. También nos dio algunos consejos sobre la zona - si puedes, sin duda le recomendaría ir a cenar a restaurante los Mellizos. El apartamento nos pareció muy rápido llegar desde el aeropuerto (ca. 25 minutos - Claudia envió sencillas indicaciones a seguir). También está a medio camino entre Málaga y Marbella, así que pudimos tomar un viaje de un día un día (que recomiendo hacer). Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Casa Claudia y, sin duda, volveremos

Higly recommended
I recently stayed at Casa Claudia with my family. I am living in Málaga city and my family lives in Holland. So I found the perfect location and the perfect setting for us to share some time together. Casa Claudia is only 900 m. down of the road and beach, but enough away from busy streets and noise, on a decent hill and is a big residential complex. The house is spacious and with a neutral decor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with big showers, terraces front overlooking the urbanization and a golf course. The apartment was very clean and there is wifi. A well equipped kitchen, oven and microwave and little bar, very nice. A little sea view and beautiful community pool with well kept gardens and palm trees overlooking the Mediterranean. The pool was almost private, although it was may and the gardener was always there looking after all plants, etc. . In general, an incredible place, perfect for families. We had as well a very nice barbecue on the terrace. Next year we want to repeat the experience. Highly recommended!

Why they chose this property

because on the Costa del Sol it makes the best time and most Sun in all of Europe! More than 300 days from the Sun. Malaga Airport has many very good places and cheap connections. Benalmadena consists of 3 villages, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa. Our Benalmadena has already received a lot of premiums in Europe because it is a very complete city / town with a wide range of activities to do. The apartment is only 20 min. from the airport and 2 min. of the beach. The sports port of Benalmadena only 5 min. where there is a large leisure scale both for during the day and at night. Both Malaga and Marbella half an hour by car.
It is a newly built apartment (finished in 2007) and is of good quality, housing ca. 150 m2, terrace ca. 30 m2. It has a covered garage with 2 seats included. This ideal for families. This in a very safe residence, housing is on the first floor and gets security hired 24 hours. There is a 24 hour reception. The house is sometimes also our usual home in Andalusia and has then all its facilities very complete and modern furnished and cozy.

What makes this property unique

It is a corner in the Golf Resort Torrequebrada urbanization, the residential with more quality in Torrequebrada with lots of green and spectacular views, the beach nearby and in full tranquility. This apartment has the best view of all Torrequebrada overlooking the sea and the golf course Torrequebrada Golf. Also also views of the mountain and one of the 4 pools you have below the apartment. The terrace is spacious and safe for small children. Swimming pools open all year.
