This villa is situated in the centre of Istria, in Pazin, and is ideal for a family vacation or a trip with friends. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and guests have at their disposal two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay in the villa. In the garden there is a terrace with a swimming pool and next to it there is a children's playground, a swing and a trampoline for the youngest. Next to the pool, it is possible to prepare meals on the outdoor grill and the canopy is there for you to enjoy your meal protected from the sun. Due to the rich content for children's activities,the villa is ideal for a relaxed stay of families with children, but also for summer barbecues with a group of friends.

It is the largest city in the county and in addition to being the administrative seat of the Istrian County, it is also the centre of cultural, economic and sports life of central Istria. It is in the centre of the Istrian peninsula and the old town is located on attractive steep cliffs. The river Pazinčica is located below the cliffs and forms a special geological phenomenon Pazin Cave.
