It's privileged position in the middle of 2 resorts means you get the best of both, the old fishing village of Binibeca is about a 7 minute drive away, while the resort of Punta Prima is about a 5 minute drive away. Also, Binibeca beach is ideal for spending a day with the children.
The villa has a modern design with spacious rooms and elegant furnishings. The living-dining room and separate kitchen open onto the covered terrace, which is slightly raised to give you the best of those great sea views. It has an amazing infinity pool that runs the full width of the terrace, perfect for a morning swim before relaxing on a sun lounger. The villa has free Wi-Fi for customers.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
