It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with air conditioning, located on the upper floor with access to a private terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds with air conditioning and a third single bedroom with a fan (both located on the ground floor). All the rooms share a single renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. The villa has a safe.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
