With a fully equipped open concept kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, where you can relax and unwind. It has all the amenities you may need, a work area, 300mb Wifi fibre internet connection and a lift.
Its location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the impressive Las Canteras Beach and Playa Chica, with a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets around and close to the main points of interest of the capital. In addition, it is easily connected to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
