Open the floor-to-ceiling double doors and step out onto the traditional balcony to enjoy the view overlooking the port lodges and the historic center of Porto. Windows on three sides on the main floor bathe the apartment in natural light. There is a living area with a sofa and a smart flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and proper tea kettle.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a ½ bath off the living area.
Many thoughtful touches make your stay more comfortable such as reading lights by the beds with built-in USB chargers and desk lamps with outlets for laptops and USB chargers. Perfect for remote workers.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the area. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find the world-renowned Port Wine Cellars, including iconic names like Caves Ferreira, Sandeman, and Graham's. These cellars offer fascinating guided tours and tastings, allowing you to explore the region's winemaking heritage.
The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. Along the Ribeira de Gaia, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river, lined with charming restaurants, cafes, and bars, all while taking in stunning views of Porto across the water.
For those who appreciate scenic views, the Jardim do Morro is just a short walk away. This beautiful garden provides panoramic vistas of Porto and the Douro River, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For a unique experience, take a ride on the Vila Nova de Gaia Cable Car, which offers a bird’s-eye view of the area as it ascends from the riverside to the Jardim do Morro.
If you’re in the mood for some retail therapy, the El Corte Inglés Gaia, a large department store, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, for beach lovers, Praia de Lavadores is just a 10-15 minute drive from the property, providing a serene escape to the coast.

Note that this apartment is in a residential building and the guests can not make any noise from 23 pm to 7 am.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
