Beautiful and cozy house closed to Villagarcía with a private pool and a beautiful river which crosses the garden. An extraordinary villa to enjoy in summer and winter, just 5 minutes by car from the beaches of the Rías Baixas.
Its outdoor is cared for down to the smallest detail. You can walk through its beautiful garden or enjoy a meal while listening to the water sound of river. The garden has several areas to enjoy with family and friends. It has 2 stone barbecues , a swimming pool* , a space for a toilet, a cozy porch with table football and an arbour, where you can enjoy a good house wine, made on the property itself.
The indoor is unique, it is decorated with a lot of antiques reminiscent of ancient Galicia. It has 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a nice fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a large dining table with capacity for 40 people.
The house is located next to the town of Villagarcía de Arousa , famous for its port and extensive beaches. A few meters from the house is O Fogón da Ría , considered one of the best traditional Galician food restaurants in all of the Rías Baixas.

Beautiful

Fantastic, spacious villa in an oasis of green peaceful gardens. Villagarcia itself is a town with little to commend it, with at least a half hour drive to anywhere pretty or to any activities, but the villa is wonderful. We didnt want to leave.
