Its exterior has been cared for down to the smallest detail. You can stroll through its beautiful garden or enjoy a meal while listening to the sound of the river water. The garden has several areas to enjoy with family and friends. It has 2 stone barbecues, a swimming pool*, a space fitted out for a toilet, a cosy porch with foosball and a gazebo, where you can enjoy a good homemade wine.

The house is located next to the town of Villagarcía de Arousa, famous for its port and extensive beaches. Just a few metres from the house is O Fogón da Ría, considered to be one of the best restaurants serving traditional Galician food in the Rías Baixas.
