First time in Cyprus
Just back from a weeks stay with my family at Villa Archimedes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Villa had everything we needed enabling us to have a relaxing break, we’ve stayed at lots of villas in Europe with private pools but this pool was the best one we’ve ever had and because the weather was so hot we were still able to swim in the pool at 11pm! It was like swimming in a bath! Very spacious Villa, huge kitchen with enough tableware and utensils, could maybe do with more saucepans/baking tray, property manager Tasos was very friendly and efficient in replying if we had any issues, a real nice guy who is obviously passionate about his job so thanks to him for being so welcoming,the pool was cleaned twice a week which was fab.We didn’t hire a car as there was 6 of us and it would have cost a lot for such a big car so we used the local taxis which are great and when you shop at Philippos the supermarket will bring you and your shopping back for free so that’s a bonus. We would definitely recommend Villa archimedes to families who want a relaxing holiday but also close to restaurants etc, just one word of warning it was very very hot so maybe think about that when you book just glad we had the pool and aircon in the bedrooms.
