On a well-sized plot where the houses form a private courtyard, there is space for play, games and cozy barbecue evenings. The main building has a functional bathroom and washing machine. A small bedroom with a single bed. Nice kitchen with dining area. A bedroom with a double bed. Large family room with comfortable seating for socializing and recreation. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds. In the annex there is a bedroom with two single beds and a simpler kitchen.
