Rustic and remote

This is a very rustic, remote and well used house. Unfortunately It has the feel of being somewhat neglected. The pictures make it look better than it actually is. It has a lot of beds but the layout of the kitchen and bathrooms are very confined. Strangely there was a high table between the two sofas in the living room so we moved it out of the way while we were there. This place is remote and it’s a half hour drive on a very windy road to the nearest town Ardales. The views are fantastic and it is very quiet and peaceful. The cute cat and chickens were an added bonus. Overall I would have to say that we enjoyed our stay but would have preferred a place that wasn’t so rundown at a location closer to a town.
