This place was wonderful. The pools were great and right by the beach. The room was beautiful and roomy. I would just add that the quest room bed is uncomfortable and needs and update, but we had an awesome time here. Loved it!

Our unit at Shipwatch was exactly perfect for us. Everything we needed was available. It is right on the beach with easy access. The pool is sparkling clean. The property is not crowded like many of the resorts in the area. (The fitness facility could use some upgrades.)

Condo is dated and has a musty smell until you get the air conditioner going. Beach is nice, water is deep. Beds need a little more comfort. Leather couch cold slippery and constantly had to push cushions back because they slide out. Wish renters could leave leftover soaps, trash bags, spices, paper products. Have rented where this is done-works great. The pools and dock were great. Had several large and small rats in the sand dunes, glad I wasn’t on the bottom floor, we would set and watch them daily, from our balcony. Not a fan of rule stating you can’t put a ez up on front of the chairs you rent on beach, you have to leave that room for people that bring there own umbrellas- don’t really understand that.wont stay here again,

We really enjoyed this condo, we had 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids. Perfect amount of room and a great view of the beach. In the description of the condo it doesn’t state that there is a washer and dryer, but there is one and it was nice to bring home clean clothes. The kitchen had everything you would need even a crockpot. We would stay here again. Also if you know the area we could walk the beach to the FloraBama about 10 minutes.

The perfect getaway
My family had a very nice stay at this condo. The condo seemed newly renovated and updated (besides the washer/dryer and toaster- though they worked fine). The furnishings were comfortable and the décor was tasteful. My only negative comment is related to the cleanliness. The blankets provided were dirty with old food residue on it. Came across some old chips, skittles, and goldfish on the rug and in the sofa bed. I would recommend adding a cutting board in the kitchen and sharpening the knives. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again :)

Great experience!
This room was convenient although the outside of the buildings are not easily identified (we were in D and I went to every building before I finally found the right building). The room was cozy and the beach was easily accessible. The washer and dryer are outdated but work. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation despite Alberto!!!
The condo was nice but could use some updating. Master bed was super comfy! The door has an issue when it’s windy and sounds like a loud weed eater. Other than that we loved our stay. We have stayed here in the past and again the location is fabulous! We would definitely consider coming again.

The only problems was the sliding screen door to porch did not slide to close. And the front door made loud wind sounds in the high wind last night. Everything else was great for our stay. Very clean when we arrived. We would choose this condo again.

Beautiful little condo!
This is a beautiful little condo! Extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things that would have made it perfect. The first was to have had access to the fireplace. It was a VERY cold & wet New Years Eve and I was searching for a place with a fireplace. Also, we could not use the TVs in the living room nor the 2nd bedroom, the remotes either did not have batteries or the batteries were dead (exp date 2013). I am not complaining about this, because I know if I had called management, they would have provided batteries. I am primarily writing this to let them know this is an area needing attention. I am sure I will be back!

Very nice
Everything in the condo was very nice ,except the washer/dryer. Impossible to wash clothes if anyone is sleeping. They are NOISY! But, the beds are comfortable and they give you lots of towels.Location was perfect.

Beautiful condo, awesome view
We had a wonderful time. The only thing that bothered us were that a group left their tents up. We've been to other beaches that required them to take them down. Everyone else did, but this family. Which was in direct view of our balcony.
