Situated in the green countryside of the Istrian Peninsula, Villa Laurus (ex Villa Majoli)in Kanfanar is only 20 minutes from the picturesque old town of Rovinj and the Adriatic Sea. Recently renovated from an old farm house dating back to 1750, Villa Laurus welcomes guests with the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Istrian Country House with modern amenities. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden of 2,500 m2 with various terraces, large pool, outdoor shower and a private children’s playground. An outdoor kitchen as well as an old traditional pizza oven are unique features of this traditional Istrian Country House. From the terrace, Villa Laurus offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding scenic countryside.
Pets are wellcome, alowed 2 pets. Pet fee 25 €per pet per day.
