The interiors are simple, the house has a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is located in the so-called Green Coast of the island, so defined for the luxuriant green vegetation that characterizes it and the turquoise waters of its splendid inlets.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The house offers 40 square meters for 2 people, a large veranda with dining table and windows overlooking the garden and the sea, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. All surrounded by a splendid garden with an equipped outdoor area, overlooking the splendid Gulf of Procchio.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
