Premium apartment located on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony and superb ocean views. The property has 2 bedrooms, (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Air conditioning in both bedrooms, stylishly decorated dining / living room with access to the accommodation's balcony. Our “Max’s Crib” easily accommodates 4 people. The modern design kitchen has been completely renovated and has quality appliances, such as a washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave oven and “Nespresso” coffee machine. Smart TV with cable channels, WIFI, are some of the facilities that this beautiful apartment has to offer its guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Private parking in the garage on the property. Located a few meters from Olival beach and 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone of Armação de Pera. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. The house rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed on any reservation is 4 people.

Situated just 2 minutes from the pedestrian zone of Armação de Pera. The accommodation is in one of the quietest areas of the city, opposite Olival beach and within walking distance of the area where there are restaurants, bars and shops. A car is not necessary if you plan to spend your holidays in Armação de Pera.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
