Amazing country house for 10 in Porches with heated pool

Welcome to QUINTA DO SOBRAL, a beautiful family-owned farmhouse renewed in 2021 in Porches, just 15 min. from the beaches of Armação de Pera. Sitting on 2,47 acres, surrounded by orange trees hills, and great views. The property has the true home-away-from-home feel. The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a former shed restored into a 2-bedroom suite cosy guest house which overlooks the pool. Ideal for families or small groups looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

This ground floor main house has 3 bedrooms with AC (1 ensuite) with double beds, a huge living room with a wood fire salamander. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you’ll need to cook your favourite recipes, such as hob, stove, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine. Smart TV with cable channels and High-speed internet. The guest house is totally independent from the main house and it as 2 en-suite bedrooms. Wide open space area with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room.
Heated outdoor swimming pool facing the property and the beautiful orange trees. Off the front of the main entrance house, you will find the BBQ corner with a BBQ grill as well as a woodfire oven. Sunbeds, outdoor furniture is also at our guest’s disposal. Guests will be able to park inside the property 3 cars.

Guests will have access to everything in our home except the orange plantation and the backyard. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. This home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties of any kind. The house rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants permitted under any reservation is 10 persons.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meet and Greet" will always be at the property.

All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.

* If you are arriving by plane, share your flight number and once you are ready to leave the airport, give us a call.
* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.

If you would like us to assist you with a private transfer from the airport to the property. Let us know.

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.

Service fees for: Check-ins between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm 25 euros | After 10:00pm: 45 euros

25 euros for early check-ins fee from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm:
25 euros for late check-outs until 2:00 pm
50 euros for check-outs until 6:00 pm

Rental service for: baby highchair: 7 euros (unit/stay)
Rental beach towels: 6 euros per towel

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm to midnight: 45 euros | After midnight: 90 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
