Beautiful, cosy and tranquil cottage set in the quiet village of Sidestrand and very close by to the bustling town of Cromer. The cottage itself sits within an approx 1.4 acres of stunning gardens and woodland. Guests are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the private grounds just as much as the cottage itself. A vast array of flowers, plants, trees and wildlife greet you all year round.

Two Garden Cottages is set within the small village of Sidestrand, very close by to Overstrand. The Cottage is within walking distance to the dramatic North Norfolk Coastline and a very short drive to the beautiful beaches of Overstrand. You can access the coastal path from Overstrand and walk all the way along to Cromer. There you will find a bustling seaside town, great eateries, quirky coffee shops and of course the famous Cromer crab.

Kitchen
A great open space kitchen with double view access to the gardens. American style fridge freezer, Rangemaster oven with 6 induction hobs. Plenty of cupboard space and worktop space. The kitchen is fully equipped for any budding chef and busy family! There is a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods provided as complimentary, as well as tea bags and sugar. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use.

Bathroom
Off of the kitchen is the bathroom, very modern and clean fitted with a Burlington Bathroom suite, including a walk in shower.

Dining Area
A charming area accompanied by a large log burner and double doors leading to the garden. Dining table and chairs to accommodate 6 guests, as well as a chesterfield to cosy up to by the fire.

Living Area
Following on from the dining area is a very comfortable living area that overlooks the garden. There is a large corner sofa and TV with DVD and access to multiple apps. There is also a small log burner for guest use with complimentary seasoned firewood available from September- April. Patio doors go straight on to decking which boasts an outdoor seating area. Perfect for use at anytime of day, the garden is full of such wildlife and beauty, never a moment goes past without birds singing.

Hallway
Access from dining area, hallway leading to staircase. Again another double aspect view of the gardens.

Master Bedroom
King size bed and plenty of fitted wardrobe space. Window overlooking garden.

Bedroom two
Double bed with ornamental fireplace, under bed storage available. Window overlooking garden.

Bedroom Three
Single day bed or pulls out to a comfortable king size. There is also a 3 draw chest for storage. Windows overlooking garden.

Driveway
Plenty of parking and couple accommodate up to 6 cars.
