The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large desk ideal for smartworking, a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen from which you finally have access to the terrace, which is the most suggestive corner of the house. From here you can enjoy the sea view for a romantic dinner, a quiet breakfast and simply relaxing after a day on the beach or discovering the area.

POSITION

The structure is accessible from the beginning of the panoramic Aurelia road, in the stretch that connects Chiavari and Zoagli and Rapallo.
The city center is less than two kilometers from the villa and can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. The highway entrance is also very close to the accommodation. Ponente is therefore the ideal base for visiting the entire Ligurian Riviera, Portofino and Cinque Terre included, as well as Chiavari with its charming historic center and its medieval alleys, its boutiques and its typical restaurants, its beaches, its wide and modern promenade in contrast with the characteristic and historic fishermen's square.
