Generously equipped, with a great balcony
A very well located and well-equipped air-conditioned 1st floor apartment with a very large south and west-facing balcony overlooking lush greenery and a large courtyard, with a very decent shared swimming pool a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment has two generous-sized bedrooms, with windows facing south and west, (the roller shutters, large awning and aircon maintain a cool interior, aided by the marble floors throughout.)
It is exceptionally well-equipped, with an abundance of high quality plates and glassware, high-end appliances and kitchenware, while the large terrace is generously furnished. The position of the apartment is such that there are no balcony-level neighbours, giving a high level of privacy and a view of the sunset.
The sea is a ten minute walk away, Antibes old town about 15 minutes away by foot, and the nearest station (at Saint Juan) an 8-minute walk for connections to Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo and more.
The apartment is in a block that forms part of a substantial 1970s development of 17 apartment buildings set within beautifully-maintained landscaped gardens.
