This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has an excellent location especially for visitors staying in Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
This is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the city\'s best chefs acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
The Apartment:
This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 8 people.
It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and three comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The cosy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.
The building is undergoing renovation work inside.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
